Returns and Damages Policy
At BellePepper Cats, we strive to provide you with the highest quality pet treats and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need assistance with an order. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return and damages policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take the appropriate action to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at bellepeppercats@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging for evaluation.
Eligibility for Returns
Only unopened BellePepper Cats freeze-dried products are eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within ten (10) days of the original order date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To Initiate a Return
Please email us at bellepeppercats@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and inform you if your return is approved.
Refunds and Replacements
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
