At BellePepper Cats, we strive to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following information to understand our shipping process, options, and guidelines.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States.
Currently, treats are only available for shipping within the U.S.
We do offer international shipping for select merchandise items only, including our 9 Lives No Rules merch.
International customers may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees determined by their country’s customs agency. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Rates
We keep it simple so you can spoil your cat without the guesswork:
We offer two shipping options for our treats, stickers, and cat plates:
Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days)
– $6.49 for orders under $60
– Free for orders $60 and up
Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days)
– $7.99 for orders under $110
– Free for orders $110 and up
Shipping Rates for Merch, Apparel, & Accessories
All merch, apparel, and accessories are shipped separately from our treats. These items will ship at the rate calculated by the manufacturer. You will receive separate tracking numbers for these items, and they may arrive at different times.
For worldwide shipping, select merch, apparel, and accessories (including our tote, hoodie, and cap) are available. Treats are not available for international shipping at this time. International customers may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees determined by their country’s customs agency. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders within the U.S. arrive within the estimated delivery time based on your chosen shipping method. Please note that delivery times may vary based on shipping carriers and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or carrier delays). Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at bellepeppercats@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that once the package is with the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help ensure your package arrives.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information after placing your order, contact us immediately at bellepeppercats@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
